Reiki (Pronounced Ray Key) is a gentle but powerful way of healing using the human energy field.  Originating in Japan, Reiki is now widely used in the Western World. More and more people are benefiting from the subtle form of therapy that helps the human body to heal itself.

Reiki is totally safe and non-invasive it can be used alongside all medication, it can be used when straight out of having surgery to help speed up the body's healing process.

Reiki can also help with releasing emotional holding, even if held onto for many years. It is excellent for pain relief. It is very good for Pregnant women, helping to relieve the morning sickness stage of pregnancy as well as helping with the relief of aches, pains, backache and swollen feet and ankles. 

Reiki is excellent for all living things including animals and plants. My youngest customer is 2 weeks old and my eldest customer is 98 years old.

Sessions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes depending on the individual, children usually only need about 20-30 minutes. It is suggested you have a 60 minute session first to determine how many sessions are required. Some people may only need the one session, whilst others may require 6 weekly sessions. Each person is different and unique.

Pregnancy Massage I am the only Therapist in the North West to use a Specialist Pregnancy Bed (enabling Pregnant Women at any stage of Pregnancy over 3 months to lay on their front) using only Olive or Almond Oils, natural and very safe for both Mum and Baby, you will then have a relaxing, gentle massage. You will be asked to undress from the waist up and be given a towelling wrap to wear. You will lie on a therapy bed under a large towel and fleece blanket. A Holistic Facial includes massage to the face, neck, upper chest and shoulders. (It is best you do not wear any make-up or perfume/After-shave).   For the time rich they can stay the hour and have their Back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands massaged.
