What are Crystals?

Crystals are powerful and intelligent rocks. They were once ground into powder and used as medicine, today they are used in watches to enable batteries to work in time with the seconds’ hand of a watch. Crystals are also used in MRI Scanning machines and computers.

What will happen during the treatment and how will it benefit me?

A selection of Crystals will be chosen for you and laid on or around the clothed body, whilst laying on your back on a therapy bed.

The Crystals will help induce a deep relaxation, whilst working to unblock negative energies from the body's energy fields, known as Chakras and help to recharge them, leaving you less stressed and pain free.

In some cases of extreme stress, crystal tapping can take place this is where gently tapping takes place with one or more crystals, where there is a build up of stress or blocked energy. This is a pleasant and warm sensation.

Ten minutes before the end of the session, I will place my hands firmly on your shoulders and ask if you are ok. This is to ground you and allow you to come round. I will then leave the room to go and get you a glass of water, leaving the Crystals still in place to continue their work.

When the Crystals are removed they can be very hot, warm or very cold, this is an indication to the recipient that the negative energies have been released.

It is suggested for your first Crystal Therapy treatment, that a 90 minute session should be booked. This gives time for a full discussion on how and what Crystals have been selected as well as feedback and time for any questions you may have.

£20 x 20 minutes Taster Session.

£15 x 20 minutes children 13 to 17 years old

£10 x 20 minutes for infants and all Children under 13 years old

Crystal Essences can be made to suit the individual needs from £2 - £4.50

Advice on purchasing, care and cleansing of crystals will be given upon request.

Please note that 24 hours notice of a cancellation is required. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee equivalent to 75% of the missed treatment.
