Crystal Therapy

Various crystals are placed on or around a fully clothed person, lying on a therapy bed, to induce a deep relaxation, release stress, physical and emotional pain and re-charge the energy fields within the body (known as chakras).

The treatment takes approx 45 mins to 1 hour, however for your 1st treatment, it is advisable to have a 90 min session. This will include a full discussion of what will happen and how the crystals will work. It also leaves time for any questions and answers, and all feedback of your session. Infants and children upto the age of 17 years will need between 20 and 30 mins, depending on each individual needs.

In some cases of extreme stress, crystal tapping can take place (this is where I will gently tap various areas, be it the face or other part of the body where there is a build up of stress or blocked energy) with a particular crystal that I am intuitively drawn to use. This is a pleasant and warm feeling.

£35 x 90 minutes (first session only)

 £30 x 1hr

£20 x 20 minutes Taster Session.

£15 x 20 minutes children 13 to 17 years old

£10 x 20 minutes for infants and all Children under 13 years old

Crystal Essences can be made to suit the individual needs from £2 - £4.50

Advice on purchasing, care and cleansing of crystals will be given upon request.

Please note that 24 hours notice of a cancellation is required. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee equivalent to 75% of the missed treatment.
