Reiki

Reiki (Pronounced Ray Key) is a gentle but powerful way of healing using the human energy field.  Originating in Japan, Reiki is now widely used in the Western World. More and more people are benefiting from the subtle form of therapy that helps the human body to heal itself.

Reiki is totally safe and non-invasive it can be used alongside all medication, it can be used when straight out of having surgery to help speed up the body's healing process.

Reiki can also help with releasing emotional holding, even when held onto for many years. It is excellent for pain relief. It is very good for Pregnant women (the only Holistic Therapy allowed to have before the 3 month stage of pregnancy). Helping to relieve the morning sickness stage of pregnancy as well as helping with the relief of aches, pains, backache and swollen feet and ankles. 

Reiki is excellent for Babies and Children helping relieve painfull colic and teething through to exam stress relief, building confidence, helping with ADHD and problematic skin conditions. 

Reiki is excellent for all living things including animals and plants. I have worked with various age groups ranging from new born to the more mature, with my oldest customer over 100.

Sessions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes depending on the individual, children usually only need about 20-30 minutes.It is best to have a 90min session for your 1st time, as you will get the full benefit of the treatment and time to ask questions and get full feedback. We can also determine how many sessions are required. Some people may only need the one session, whilst others may need a weekly session of up to a course of six. Each and everyone of us are different and unique.

£35 x 90 minutes (first session only)

 £28 x 1hr

£20 x 30 minutes

£15 x 20 minutes Taster Session, and children 13 to 17 years old

£10 x 20 minutes for infants and all Children under 13 years old

Please note that 24 hours notice of a cancellation is required. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee equivalent to 75% of the missed treatment.
